In the technology and digital products industry, at the time of the COVID-19 global pandemic the main winner is the famous video and audio calling communication service, Zoom, which has recently gained a lot of popularity.
Zoom's ease of use, numerous features, and level of free service have made it an indispensable resource for all those office meetings that once took place in conference rooms, but also for teachers, religious services, and even governments.
Widespread use, on the other hand, has caught people’s attention regarding Zoom privacy and data collection practices.
However, Zoom this week made some changes to security policies. "Zoom does not sell customer content to anyone and does not use it for any advertising purpose," says the company, a welcome change anyway.
