Three brothers from Shkodra, who lived in Italy for years, have recently returned to Albania, to invest and set up their own business, christened "Drulam".
The Minister of State for Entrepreneurship, Eduart Shalsi, visited and got acquainted closely with the activity of this business that operates in the field of wood processing and today produces even quality wooden houses.
"After a long period of emigration to Italy and already" armed "with the knowledge and practice of wood processing, three brothers from Shkodra set up a business where, among other things, they produced quality wooden houses, but also at affordable costs", - says Shalsi.
He said that during this visit, he was introduced to the advantages of wooden houses, ecological aspects, environmental protection, as well as moisture coping.
"I was also introduced to the variety of wood products, which were so skillfully carved. We discussed the difficult situation caused by the pandemic, but also the problems they encountered in promoting their products, while they asked me to carefully consider the possibility of facilitating obtaining permits for the construction of wooden houses, being based on the best practices in the world ", - said the Minister.
