The National Food Authority and the inspection bodies of AKU have conducted during today 371 inspections and monitoring throughout the country, also as part of the antiCovid task force.
The task force continues to advise that every business should not underestimate any part of the security protocols, as the only way to avoid the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
During the inspections, 18 warning measures were given in some food businesses, for non-systematization of storage facilities, hygiene of premises, renovation of health booklets, 3D plan, etc.
Referring to the Sampling Plan, 25 samples were taken in monitoring milk and vegetables for analysis of pesticide residues.
The National Food Authority continues to work tirelessly to ensure food safety.
