The Committee on Economy and Finance continues monitoring visits to ports and customs branches in the country.
During this Saturday, the deputies of the parliamentary committee paid a visit to the Port of Saranda.
"The meeting with the representatives of the Port and the Customs is being conducted to enable the Commission to prepare for the preliminary analysis of the impact that COVID-19 has on the preparation of the state budget and economic development indicators", said the chairwoman of the Commission Milva Economics.
The director of the Saranda customs branch, Rajmonda Gjoni informed about the performance of indicators and the turnover of goods, which results in 12% less than 6 months of last year.
While the director of the Port, Kozeta Statha informed about the activity in the two separate piers and future investments./ATSH/
