Shala River, the 'little paradise' amid the majesty of the Albanian Alps

Described as a "little paradise", the Shala River in Lake Koman has become one of the most attractive river destinations in the Albanian Alps for local and foreign tourists.

The Minister of Tourism and Environment, Blendi Klosi, emphasizes that the photos of this river do not manage at any moment to really show the beauties between the Albanian Alps.

"They may have spoken to you with great enthusiasm about the Shala River and shown you many panoramic photos. Nothing is overrated and the photos fail to really capture all the beauty it has to offer you. If you have not visited it yet, what are you waiting for? ”, - says Klosi, thus making an invitation for visitors to add the Shala River to their tourist agenda of this summer season.

The Shala River originates at the foot of the Albanian Alps. It has a length of 37 kilometers from the source at the top of Radohina to Koman. Shala River is a tourist destination for both foreign tourists and local vacationers, where most of them describe it as the pearl of the beauties of Koman and Albania.
