AFSA: Consumers can address problems and contact at any time online even in the new conditions created by COVID-19


The Financial Supervision Authority, in the new conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and the obligation to reduce more and more physical contacts, assures the citizens and the business that it will continue its activity in the format online and with reduced hours.

The FSA has decided that as a preventive measure against the spread of the virus, part of the staff will work online, while our telephone and e-mail communication services will be effective at all times. AFSA wants to inform that it will continue the communication with the companies operating in the non-banking financial markets, as well as with the general public, thus realizing its mission of supervising and regulating the markets and consumer protection.

Companies operating in markets under the supervision of the FSA to submit their periodic reports in the format online at the address [email protected]

The Consumer Protection Directorate at the FSA is active and all customers who have problems can follow up and be further informed in communication with its staff.
